Q: What forms of payment are accepted?
For online orders, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and other major credit cards. Orders that are mailed to us should be accompanied by a personal check, money order, or cashier's check. We do not accept credit cards for mail-in orders. All funds should be in U.S. dollars.

Q: Is online ordering secure?
Yes, ordering items from our web site is secure. After you have filled your shopping cart, you will be taken to CCNow's online checkout page where you can enter your address and credit card information. This data will be encrypted so that the risk of interception by malicious individuals is virtualy eliminated.

Q: What method is used to ship my orders?
Whenever possible, we use the U.S.P.S.'s Priority Mail Delivery. If this method is unavailable or not cost effective, we will choose Parcel Post. If you would like to receive your order as soon as possible, you may elect to pay for Express Delivery. The post office can not guarantee overnight delivery to all locations. Express orders placed after 12:00 p.m. Pacific Time on Friday may not ship until Monday. However, most addresses will receive their order in one to two days if Express shipping is chosen. Additionally, please be aware that certain items (specificaly those which are either heavy or unusually large) can not be shipped via Express Mail due to the added cost. Express mail overcharges in postage will be refunded before the credit card is processed.

Q: What are your current shipping costs for online orders to U.S. locations?
As a result of the Post Office's recent rate increase, we have been forced to adjust our shipping costs. Your costs will be based upon the state to which you are sending the order. Although some locations will see a higher fee, we believe that we still offer one of the most economical shipping rates on the internet. To see how much you will need to pay, choose the state from the popup menu below.

Q: What are your current shipping costs for mail-in orders to U.S. locations?
The cost of shipping for mail-in orders is similar to online orders. However, in most cases, we offer a small discount. Thus, if you don't mind the extra delay required to send your order to us through the mail rather than online, we encourage you to place your order using our printable order form. Doing so will save you money. Our shipping structure for mail-in orders is listed below.

$0.01 - $30.00 = $7.00
$30.01 - $45.00 = $8.00
$45.01 - $60.00 = $9.00
$60.01 - $75.00 = $10.00
$75.01 - $90.00 = $11.00
$90.01 - $105.00 = $12.00
$105.01 - $120.00 = $13.00
over $120.00 = $14.00

Q: Do you accept international orders (e.a., locations outside the U.S.)?
International orders are accepted. The cost of shipping these orders will vary depending upon the country
of destination. To minimize expenses to the buyer, all international orders are mailed via Parcel Post. To see the current rates, choose your country from the pop-up menu below. If you country is not listed, choose Other Country.

Q: How long does it take before an item that is currently marked as "Out Of Stock" becomes available again?
Due to brisk demand, some items sell out quickly. Other items are considered collectible or rare and are available only in limited quantities. In either case, we make every attempt to replenish our stock quickly. However, because the availability of these items is ultimately subject to numerous variables, we can not guarantee that a product will be restocked within a specific timeframe. Although we do not accept back orders, we hope that you will check our web site in the near future to determine if the product you desire is available. Plus, if there is a specific "out of stock" item in which you are interested, please feel free to contact us with your request.

Q: Where can I find an order form to be used with mail-in orders?
You can download our blank order form here: orderform.pdf.You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view and print this two-page document. Acrobat Reader has been preinstalled on most recent computer and can also be downloaded for free from Adobe's web site. Use the order form and the product numbers listed on this web site to complete your order. Be sure to include all the necessary information. Incomplete order forms may cause delays in processing and order fulfillment.

Q: Do you have a printed catalog?
We are currently in the process of producing and printing a catalog. When it is available, we will include a link allowing you to order it. Until that time, we hope you will use our web site to fulfill your Scotty needs.
